His early accolades included acting as national President of the New Lawyers
Division of the then-named American Trial Lawyers Association, President of the
Savannah Trial Lawyers Association, and Chair of the Georgia Trial Lawyers
Association Membership Committee.  He has since received the F. Scott Baldwin
Award for Most Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer, thrice awarded the Weidemann
Wysocki Citation of Excellence, and named as one of the Outstanding Lawyers in
America.

Mark’s current practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, drug and
pharmaceutical defects, product liability, premises liability, and business litigation.
He remains dedicated to serving the needs of the people in the Savannah area and the
state of Georgia, while he has become a national leader among trial lawyers by
pursuing suits across the United States.

In addition to his practice, Mark is also the host of the WTOC weekly television show,
“Saturday Night Law.”
Mark is a nationally acclaimed trial lawyer with over seventeen
years experience in the field of civil litigation.  A Georgia native,
Mark attended college at Furman University and Mercer
University before attending University of Georgia law school.
After starting his career doing defense work, he soon realized that
his passion lied in representing people, not corporations.  So, he
joined an established Savannah plaintiff’s firm where he quickly
found great success both in his new practice and in the legal
community.
