Since graduating from law school in 2001, Kevin has devoted much of his
practice to representing victims in the areas of products liability, class
actions, toxic torts, and pharmaceutical litigation. Prior to joining the Kelly
Law Firm, he also provided representation to thousands of clients in an
active consumer bankruptcy practice.
Kevin currently provides representation in pharmaceutical litigation, toxic
torts, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He is admitted to practice
in Texas, the U.S. District/Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of
Texas and is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Fort
Bend County Bar Association.
