Upon graduation from law school in 2003, Jeff began his law practice specializing in
securities fraud and consumer protection litigation and arbitration. He was
successful in obtaining awards for his clients in excess of 200% of the national
average.
Over the past three years, Jeff has practiced in other areas of the law including
aviation litigation, toxic tort litigation, automobile negligence, product liability,
premises liability, and pharmaceutical litigation, among others. He has successfully
settled or recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Jeff was involved in the trial of
a toxic tort case in which judgment was rendered for his individual client in the
amount of $3.2 million.
Jeff joined The Kelly Law Firm in January 2008 to assist people all over Texas in
their individual pursuit of justice. Jeff is a member of the American Association for
Justice and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
