Jeff Musselwhite: Associate

Upon graduation from law school in 2003, Jeff began his law practice
specializing in securities fraud and consumer protection litigation and
arbitration. He was successful in obtaining awards for his clients in
excess of 200% of the national average.
Over the past three years, Jeff has practiced in other areas of the law
including aviation litigation, toxic tort litigation, automobile negligence,
product liability, premises liability, and pharmaceutical litigation, among
others. He has successfully settled or recovered millions of dollars for his
clients. In fact, Jeff was involved in the trial of a toxic tort case in which
judgment was rendered for his client in the amount of $3.2 million.
Jeff joined The Kelly Law Firm in January 2008 to assist people all over
Texas in their individual pursuit of justice. And currently dedicates much
of his time and effort to assist the people of Somerville, Texas in their fight
against BNSF Railway Company and Koppers, Inc. for the devastation
caused to the small town of Somerville as a result of the toxins in that
town.
Jeff is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Public
Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
Jeff received his Bachelors degree from the University of
Texas and his juris doctorate from the University of
Baltimore, School of Law. While in law school he was a
member of the University’s American Bar Association
trial team, an officer of the Sports and Entertainment
Law Society, and a member of the Environmental Law
Society and the International Law Society. Jeff also spent
a year at South Texas College of Law as a visiting
student.
