Heidi is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers' College, and has assisted in
several six-figure settlements and trials, most recently co-counseling the case of Luna
v. Weddington to a multi-million dollar verdict in 2010. She has proven to be a
worthy adversary in her representation of injured children. She has assisted in the
successful verdict for the wrongful death of a mentally retarded autistic resident at a
mental health care home. The trial of this case resulted in a verdict of over $1.5
Million. She focuses her practice on assisting injured Texans.
Heidi is a member of the Texas Trial Laywers' Association, the American Association
for Justice, the Fort Bend County Bar Association, and the F-Warriors Association.
Heidi received her juris doctorate from Tulane University Law
School in May of 2004. While at Tulane, she participated in
Omicron Delta Kappa and Kappa Alpha Theta New Orleans Alumni
Chapter. She was also a Kappa Alpha Theta Collegiate Advisor.
Heidi received the CALI Award in Commercial Law and the
Louisiana Security Rights The Walter J. Suthon, Jr. Award.
She also participated in the Tulane Law School's Summer
Abroad Program by studying law in Paris, France.
